Five-year-old Intentious, a daughter of Solomini, added another victory to her impressive record at Finger Lakes on October 28, capturing a $29,000 allowance optional claiming race by 1 3/4 lengths.

Sent off as the heavy favorite, Intentious settled at the rear of the field under jockey Kevin Navarro before launching a strong rally in the stretch. The dark bay mare angled out for running room, advanced past her rivals and drew clear late to score going away. She completed the six furlongs on the dirt in 1:11.30.

Trained by Jonathan Buckley for Windylea Farm LLC, Intentious was bred in New York by Windylea Farm-New York, LLC. She is out of the Bluegrass Cat mare Punkin's Pride.

The victory marked Intentious' eighth career win, bringing her record to 26 starts, eight wins, six seconds and five thirds, with total earnings of $325,331. She has finished in the top three in 19 of her 26 career starts, demonstrating remarkable consistency.

Her latest success adds another accomplished runner to the record of Solomini, who continues to produce competitive New York-bred runners from his home at McMahon of Saratoga Thoroughbreds.
